Returns and Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to purchases from the Gadget&Tech online store (gadgettechstore.store) in Greece and the European Union.

14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with European and Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994 as amended and Directive 2011/83/EU).

Product condition
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Exceptions may apply where permitted by law (e.g. sealed hygiene products that have been opened, personalized products).

Refunds
Once an approved return has been inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Return costs
Unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the law provides otherwise.

Defective products
If a product is defective or does not match your order, contact us right away. You retain all your statutory warranty and conformity rights.
