Returns and withdrawal policy

This policy applies to purchases from Gadget&Tech (gadgettechstore.store) in Greece and the European Union.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with EU and Greek consumer law (Law 2251/1994 as amended and Directive 2011/83/EU).

Product condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Legal exceptions may apply (e.g. opened sealed hygiene products, personalised items).

Refunds

Once an approved return has been checked, we refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider.

Return costs

Unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the law states otherwise.

Faulty products

If an item is faulty or not as ordered, contact us right away. All your legal warranty and conformity rights remain.
